Citi Hiring OPS SUP Analyst - Operational Roles
The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to Reconciliation and Resolution of General Ledger outages in coordination with the Operations - -Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 1 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Citi OPS Sup Analyst - Roles And Responsibilities
- Reconciliation and Resolution of General Ledger outages and supervise escalated issues, providing efficient and effective service to Citi’s clients
- Recommending new work procedures to help streamline operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of General Ledger Reconciliation / Research / Investigation process across multiple applications Communicate daily with management on productivity, quality, availability, and Management Information System (MIS) indicators, as well as providing written and oral communications to supported business areas for approval of correct financial entries and resolution of incorrect entries
- Assist with ongoing Lean and process improvement projects
- Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquiries, as needed
- Execute work assigned, including annual review certification and change requests Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact-finding questions, following up on open items, and helping with content approval
- Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by the requested due date
- Ensure consistent application of team process controls
